4. Contacting us and the main-website form
There is no contact form on this subdomain. If you contact Apex Pest Control Ltd using the enquiry form on the main website (apex-pest-control.co.uk), that form is processed by Web3Forms. Submissions are transmitted in encrypted form, no personal details are retained on our website, and the form processor deletes all submitted data on a rolling one-to-three-month cycle — no personal information is retained long-term. 5. Lawful basis
We rely on our legitimate interests in delivering and securing the website (for hosting and access logs), and on your consent for the non-essential map cookies.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. Technical data may be processed by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and by the map providers named above (Google, CARTO / OpenStreetMap) solely to deliver the maps. If you use the main-website form, that submission is processed by Web3Forms as described above.
7. International transfers
Some providers (for example Google and CARTO) may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, it is done under appropriate safeguards recognised by UK data-protection law.
8. Retention
Access logs are kept by our hosting provider for their standard period; the consent cookie lasts 6 months; and any enquiry submitted through the main-website form is deleted by Web3Forms on the one-to-three-month cycle described above.
